Nicole’s Story
Nicole’s love of pasta making comes from generations of hands on cooking she learned from her grandparents, who cooked from scratch long before it was trendy, and later helped run her family’s restaurant in Saratoga Springs N.Y. From making fresh pasta to prepping for service in a busy kitchen. Nicole learned that great food is about care, quality ingredients and connection, not perfection.
Today, she shares that same joy of handmade pasta with others, because nothing beats homemade.
