Lazy Bear Ranch Experience *

I had the pleasure of being invited to teach a Fettuccine‑making class for guests at the Lazy Bear Ranch in Rebecca, Idaho, owned by former Chicago Bears tight end and Super Bowl Champion Tim Wrightman. I organized a “Ranch to Table” dinner, and we brought a little slice of Italy to the ranch, it was magical!!! Please check out the video of highlights of the event.

The ranch was stunning! The views were indescribable— true Big Sky Country! Sunsets were like out of a movie. I toured the area and had a great experience. Tim is an amazing host and has had an incredible career. The ranch is ideal for events, retreats, and hunting parties, and everyone there works incredibly hard. Photos don’t do justice to the scale of the ranch — it’s huge.
